Nantek designs, builds, finances and operates pyrolysis plants that turn non-recyclable plastic waste into second-life feedstock and fuels. We are an industrial company focused on a single technology, and we master it from start to finish.

We work with waste managers, landfills, industry and public authorities that need a definitive solution for their plastic rejects, with a single point of contact from the feasibility study to plant operation and the sale of its output.

Catalyst-free thermal pyrolysis

Proprietary thermal pyrolysis process, using reactive agents developed by Nantek.

Mixed plastic, no prior sorting

Accepts the plastic rejects that mechanical recycling cannot use, without sorting them by type first.

A range from 1,500 to 16,000 tonnes a year, sized to each client’s waste.

ISCC, ISCC PLUS and CGN certifications and ECHA registration to market the pyrolysis oil.

Behind every plant, a multidisciplinary team

Engineers, assembly and maintenance technicians, lawyers, finance specialists, accountants and administrative staff work at Nantek from our offices and on the sites of each project. Each area covers a stage in the life cycle of a plant, so the client has a single point of contact.

Project engineering

Design of each plant according to the waste, the site and the capacity: process, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
